We welcome the opportunity to work with you. Please click here for a printable rental application.  Application fee is $35 per adult (18 or older) living in the house. 
 
Please fill the application out COMPLETELY.  There are currently 3 ways to get the application to us.

  2. Scan and email to mk@gkhouses.com.
  3. Mail or bring by our office:  1701 Oxmoor Road; Birmingham, Alabama  35209 
 
There are currently two ways to pay for the application:
  1. You may pay for the application online by clicking here.  Note:  You will be charged a $2.50 per application convenience fee per transaction for this service.
  2. You may mail or bring the application fee by our office:  1701 Oxmoor Road; Birmingham, Alabama  35209.  Note: We accept cash, check or money order for application fees.
 
WE WILL NOT PROCESS THE APPLICATION UNTIL WE HAVE BOTH THE APPLICATION (COMPLETELY FILLED OUT) AND THE APPLICATION FEE.
 
If you qualify and rent the house, application fee will apply to first month's rent.

The application fee is REFUNDABLE if you are disqualified for any reason EXCEPT any reason below or you lie on the application.

Please do NOT send us an application if you . . .

  • have been evicted more than once.
  • are currently being evicted.
  • have a felony in the last 10 years.
  • are currently in bankruptcy.
  • are currently in foreclosure.

  1. Rent History
  2. Work History
  3. Ability to Pay (Currently 3 times monthly rent in gross income)
  4. Credit Score (Above a 520)
  5. Criminal Background
